Online Registration

1. Go to online registration link.
2. Fill in the forms and submit. You will received a notification email (make sure your email is correct)
3. Bank in registration fee (RM25 single, RM50 double/mix) to, 1283-0005327-52-9 (CIMB), account holder : Lee Kah Yee
4. Check your email (that you used to register).

Manual Registration

1. Download and print out the form.
2. Fill in the form.
3. Fax/Email the form to us OR submit at the Official Tournament Venue.
4. Bank in registration fee (RM25 single, RM50 double/mix) to, 1283-0005327-52-9 (CIMB), account holder : Lee Kah Yee
